Zsolt Kohalmi is Global Head of Real Estate and Co-CEO of Pictet Alternative Advisors. Mr.Kohalmi brings two decades of pan-European investment experience. Previously he was Managing Director and Head of European Acquisitions at Starwood Capital Group, one of the top 3 firms in global private equity real estate. At Starwood, he was instrumental in sourcing and executing a number of successful investments for Starwood Capital’s commercial, hospitality and debt platforms. Prior to joining Starwood Capital in 2013, Mr. Kohlami was Chief Investment officer at Meyer Bergman for 8 years, a European real estate investment firm that he co-founded. Before that he was Director at GE Capital, and also worked in investment banking with ABN AMRO Hoare Govett. Mr. Kohalmi, who is fluent in nine languages, holds an M.S degree in economics from the University of Budapest and an MBA in INSEAD.
Lydia Haueter se unió a Pictet Asset Management en 2016 y es senior investment manager en el equipo de Renta Variable Temática, con especialización en las estrategias de Salud y Biotecnología. Lydia empezó su carrera en 2011 at Bellevue Asset Management como analista cubriendo acciones biotecnológicas y después pasó a ser gestora (pequeñas y medianas biotecnológicas). Lydia Haueter joined Pictet Asset Management in 2016 and is a Senior Investment Manager in the Thematic Equities team with a focus on the Health and Biotech strategies. Lydia began her career in 2011 at Bellevue Asset Management as an analyst covering biotech stocks; there she became an investment manager (small-mid cap biotech). Lydia graduated with a Master of Science in Systems Biology from ETH Zürich and she is Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
Román Nebot is an economist and financial advisor. He has nearly 25 years of experience in the world of finance, most of them in corporate banking, and the last four in the world of private banking and financial advisory, both in Spain and, currently, in Miami.
Arun Sai joined Pictet Asset Management in 2020 as Senior Multi Asset Strategist. Before joining Pictet, Arun worked at Credit Suisse for nine years where he provided country and sector investment recommendations and authored thematic research papers as a Global Emerging Markets strategist. Prior to that he was senior analyst with CRISIL where he built and managed a team of 15 offshore analysts working on global equity strategy and economics. He began his career in 2006 as a Business Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions. Arun holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from University of Madras, India as well as an MBA (Finance) from Bharathidasan Institute of Management, India.
Jonathan joined EFGAM in March 2017 as an Equity Analyst, and is the portfolio manager for the New Capital Global Equity Conviction Fund. Prior to joining he worked as an Equity Analyst at AA-Capital, a family office, where he helped manage a long/short fund. Prior to that, he spent five years as an Equity Analyst at Morgan Stanley Quilter. Jonathan started his career in 2005 at Nedbank in Johannesburg where he worked as a sell-side Equity Analyst.
Jonathan has a Masters in Finance from London Business School, an Honours Degree in Econometrics from the University of Johannesburg, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from the University of South Africa. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
