Founder and CEO of Fund@mental. He is a financial professional with over 28 years of relevant experience in the Wealth Management industry. He has spent most of his professional life in Miami and has worked with both domestic and international clients in the United States. He began his professional career in 1996 when he was selected as part of a 16-member team for an executive program sponsored by BBVA in Spain. After completing the two-year program, he was transferred to BBVA Miami, where he managed discretionary portfolios for ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) and advised on investment strategy for BBVA’s pension plans in Latin America (Colombia, Paraguay, and Peru). In 2002, he became CIO and Head of Private Banking for Banco Sabadell in the Americas, responsible for the investment area, leading the Discretionary Management team, as well as the Treasury unit. In 2009, he founded Sabadell Securities USA, Inc., a broker-dealer and Registered Investment Advisor, where he became President and CEO.
Nadège Dufossé has been the Global Head of Multi-Asset at Candriam since 2021. She is in charge of establishing the broad Asset Allocation investment strategy applied across Candriam and the management of Multi-Asset funds.
She began her career as a sell-side Equity Analyst at Exane BNP Paribas in Paris in 1997. In 2007 Nadège joined Candriam as a Multi-Asset Fund Manager based in Luxembourg. In 2011 she became a Senior Asset Allocation Strategist and developed the cross-asset research and communication. Nadège subsequently took the role of Head of Asset Allocation at Candriam in 2014, building a very strong track record for Multi-Asset risk-profiled and flexible funds.
Nadège graduated from HEC Paris. She is a CFA Charterholder and also holds a financial analyst diploma from the French Society of Financial Analysts.
Ermira Marika is the Head of Developed Markets Credit at Pictet Asset Management since 2022. She has been working in Fixed Income for 19 years. Before her current position she was the Head of the CHF Bonds since 2013. Prior to that Ermira was a quantitative analyst in the Fixed Income team responsible for developing fixed income solutions.
She started her career at Pictet Asset Management as a quantitative analyst in equities strategies.
Prior to Pictet Asset Management, she gained experience in various companies including UBS and Morgan Stanley Capital.
Ermira Marika holds degrees in Business Administration and Economics and Finance from the University of Geneva and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA).

Jim Leaviss is the CIO of Public Fixed Income in M&G Investments.
Echo Chen joined Pictet Asset Management in 2014 as a specialist trader for Chinese bonds and transitioned into an investment analyst role in August 2019. Before joining Pictet, Echo was a Trader for onshore RMB credits, government bonds and ETF products at Taikang Asset Management Hong Kong. Her role included the market analysis and daily updates on market liquidity, yield curve and credit yield levels. In addition, she managed daily trading for USD and CNH portfolios. She started her career in the same company in 2011 where she was a Product and Marketing Officer.
Echo holds a Bachelors of Economics and Law from the Peking University, a Master of Philosophy from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Finance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She is also a CFA charterholder. Echo is a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English.
Nicholas Anderson is a portfolio manager for Thornburg Investment Management. He joined the firm in 2016 as an equity research analyst, was promoted to senior equity research analyst in 2020, an associate portfolio manager in early 2021, and portfolio manager in late 2021.
Nick holds an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Robertson Scholar. Prior to joining Thornburg, Nick worked for Prudential plc and Eastspring Investments in Hong Kong, Vietnam, and Singapore. He is a CFA charterholder.
