Gillian Tiltman, Senior Vice President, joined Neuberger Berman in 2014. Gillian is a Portfolio Manager for the UK and Continental European Real Estate portion of the Real Estate Securities group. Previously, she was with M&G Investments in London for four years as a fund manager responsible for asset allocation and stock picking decisions, and for two and a half years as a dedicated fund analyst. Prior to that, she served as an analyst in the housing group of the Municipal Housing Finance Investment Banking division at Merrill Lynch in New York. Gillian began her career in 2004 at Deutsche Bank Securities in New York, where she was a member of the product management team. Gillian received a BA from Princeton University.
Fred Ingham, ACA, CFA, Managing Director, joined the Firm in 2005. Fred is a member of the Investment Committee and also serves as the Head of International Hedge Fund Investments on the NB Alternative Investment Management Team. Prior to joining the Firm, Fred spent three and a half years at Coronation International Ltd, where he was a portfolio manager and senior sector analyst. Responsibilities covered portfolio construction, manager selection, due diligence and risk management. Prior to Coronation, he spent three and a half years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Corporate Tax division, advising global financial institutions on international structuring and M&A. Previously, Fred worked as a research intern with the COBA Group, a strategy consultancy based in London. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant in the United Kingdom (ACA) and holds an MA from Oxford University. Fred holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.

He has a BA in Chemistry from Oxford University and a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from Edinburgh University.
Rhodri Preece, CFA, is head of capital markets policy for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region at CFA Institute. He is responsible for development and oversight of capital markets activities in the EMEA region, including content development, policy engagement and outreach. Rhodri formerly served as director of capital markets policy, focusing on issues related to primary and secondary market structures. He was named one of the “40 Under 40 Rising Stars of Trading and Technology” by Financial News.
