Andrew Knight

Andrew Knight joined Maitland as a partner in 1999 and is now a partner at M Partners, a member of Maitland Legal, a network of independent law firms. Andrew has over 20 years of experience in managing and structuring a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions. He works principally in the area of international corporate tax and structuring with a particular focus on investment across Europe and into Africa, while remaining actively involved in managing a variety of other corporate and commercial transactions. He is an English solicitor and South African attorney and is authorised to practice in Luxembourg.
