Bolton Global Capital announced the appointment of Douglas Flaherty, will join the firm as Chief Growth Officer, and Ricardo Morean as Managing Director of Bolton’s Miami Complex. Each will assume their new roles on March 4th.
Concluding three years at Snowden Lane Partners in the role of Partner and Managing Director, Doug Flaherty joins Bolton Global Capital to oversee Financial Advisor recruiting and new business development opportunities.
“With over thirty years at the helm of financial leadership roles, Doug’s track record of success at enterprise growth and strategic development has earned him recognition throughout the international wealth management business,” the firm said.
Prior to Bolton Global, Flaherty held senior positions at Wells Fargo, Citicorp, and JP Morgan Investment Bank among other financial institutions.
In joining Bolton, Ricardo Morean leverages three decades of “expertise in global financial services”, the Press Release said.
His career spans leadership roles at prestigious institutions such as Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo, and Royal Bank of Canada. Morean brings to Bolton a “wealth of experience in international trusts, private banking, risk management and strategic planning. He has a solid track record of growing revenues and assets, delivering profitability and spearheading business unit achievement,” the firm added.

Flaherty will split time between Bolton’s New York City office at The Chanin Building in Midtown Manhattan and Bolton’s Miami Complex at the Four Seasons Office Tower. Morean will work at the Four Seasons Office Tower in the heart of Miami’s Financial District.
